The eastern part of Crete has many of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. The area around Milatos village (Municipality of Agios Nikolaos) has the most awarded with BLUE FLAG beaches from all the Municipalities of Crete. 

Twenty six award-winning beaches are a few kilometres away from your holiday home, plus  the beaches in frond of our studios (Volia Beach), the nearby 'Limani' beach (less than 5min walk), ‘Volaki’ beach (800m away), or the 'Secret Beach' (300m away).

Don’t miss the exotic, strongly reminding of an African landscape palm forest beach at Vai and Itanos beach in the east part of the island, or for nature loversthe secluded beaches of Karoumes and Xerokambos.

In the south there are many small, exotic beaches on both sides or Ierapetra city. The most  famous beaches are (Agia Fotia, Koursouras, Makris Gialos, Goudouras, Myrtos, Tertsa beach).

If you feel adventurous you can enjoy an unforgettable day trip to the nearby uninhabited little islands of Chrissi,  Koufonissi and Psira.
